FAZENDA TROPICAL, ESMERALDA, & BURITI VALUATION (2016)

In 2016 Fazenda/s Tropical, Esmeralda, and Buriti (now registered as one parcel Fazenda Tropical) received independent valuation prepared by Daniel Vasconcellos registered with the state under CRECI no: 8720-9a Regiao (Bahia) / CNAI no: 001940. The total valuation at the time showed an asset value of R$4.405.443,13, based on the value of the semi mature forestry established on the site. The three farms make up the areas planted at the end of the project and current valuation is expected to be considerably more due to the continued growth of the crops since the initial valuation was received.

FAZENDA SANTA MARIA I

Fazenda Santa Maria I was developed as the main base for all GWD Forestry operations due to its locations with its central location to the other farm areas. This property received initial valuation in 2014 prepared by the company Zeneldo registered under CRECI 8294 9a Regiao (Bahia). The total area afforested with eucalyptus was shown to have a value of R$653,730.00 whilst in 2014 the value per hectare is shown to be R$11,000 per hectare based on the value of the semi mature forestry established on the site or in percentage terms equating to approximately 66.12% of those rates projected at the start of the project and provided to clients in 2009.

FAZENDA VALE DO BURITI

Fazenda Vale do Buriti received valuation on 23/11/2015 and was provided by Daniel Vasconcellos the total valuation of the site was shown (at the time) to be valued at R$1.934.203,94 based upon the semi-mature forestry established on the site.
